I am starting out without a llc for my first deal.   Can i get hard money loan if I need cash without a llc?  Or private investor funding as a individual wholesaler if needed?

@Monica Diggs

Private investors like to lend to LLC but also will want you to have skin in the game.

Starting out with no money and no experience will make it almost impossible to get private money from someone you do not know.

Not trying to dissuade you just being real with people. Owner financing could be a better first way to go
