Assume you sleep 8, 2 for hygiene and bodily actions, a regular 8 hour job, leaves you with a total of 6 hours of "free" time; which then you must subtract every other part of your day; commuting, grocery shopping, laundry, etc.Now if you can use those 6 hours to make money that you would otherwise save, it make sense.Here is some good info from somewhere else (in 2013):"It's Literally Not Worth His Time to Pick Up a Dropped $100 Bill From the Ground.

Learn from them.A dental assistant may clean your teeth, put they shouldn't be pulling them or filling cavities, even if they are capable it's an unauthorized practice.I'm retired, I'm not a MO, I can't legally pull teeth or originate an owner occupied mortgage.

If it's indeed hair plugging the drain, and not a toy/hygiene/diaper item, it's really up to the landlord to improve the configuration to prevent this.

For example, dental business or doctor business or Engineering Firm, etc.It is best to stick with LLC of where your rental properties are located.For example, you can have one land trust and one LLC for each of your properties followed by, let's say, S or C Corporation.

Use cotton balls wrapped around a doubled and twisted piece of coathanger wire to get inside the holes under the rim when you use the Concrubium.But this is all hygiene theater.
