Agents should be supplying you a signed PEAD form whenever they are bringing buyers to your property. For an interesting perspective about PEAD (and other forms) from an attorney, check out this article https://hansonlawfirm.com/c-a-r-cya-new-coronavirus-forms/ (note I am not advocating anything the attorney is saying).Best of luck on the sale!

But probably no point in doing it while Coronavirus is still an issue, and offices may not even be open to the public anyway. The standard advice for new agents is to exhaustively list all your contacts, everyone you know - whereupon you will be amazed at how many people you know - and then come up with a plan for telling everyone that you're a new agent.

A typical ducted central air system where there is a single system for multiple units has other downsides: 1. landlord pays the electricity for the AC (nothing else is really fair to tenants); 2. single thermostat (unless multi-zoned somehow); 3. air isn’t isolated among the units - the return air goes back to air handler from all units together - so the air from a coronavirus infected person isolating at home potentially spreads to all units.
