Breathes some insight for me!

I get being upset by big brother breathing down our necks, but look at this law as a way to avoid lawsuits.

I think it's high but in the same breath if you've got a group of talented deal finders and offering 1k per deal will motivate them to really hustle for you and it boost their production it might be a cost worth paying, I guess time will tell you if it's worth it!

Most toilets were down though, so I'm breathing a sign of relief (LOL!)

Apparently the smell was so bad that the contractor had to leave the house several times just to breathe. 

If you are doing a flip I would extend the note to 12 months for some breathing room

It either happens naturally over time or ... take a deep breath ... it doesn't.  

And see if you can get any info that way...but don't hold your breath. 

The decision isn't yours to make,it is the rightful owners of the property who must decide whether to get a kick in the teeth or not.Is the owner wealthy and not concerned over the other empty properties you haven't filled yet or are they breathing down your neck to get the rented?
