Toilet seat up - really?

So i have a property in the market for rent now... And I got an email saying "nothing more gross than toilet seat up... Women turned off immediately".... So I took a look at the pictures posted, and yes, the toilet seat was up in one picture...

Is that really a big deal, or is this someone trying to make fun of me?/

Diane G. Come on, you know all of California is a "safe space". Stop offending people already 🤣. In the Bay Area someone might just be crazy enough to assert you're discriminating against female renters by doing that...
