Bend area bounced back strong K falls still pretty flat.your advice about sub too is not really correct.. just FYI  ..

I've not heard anyone projecting a bounce back yet either but I am willing to keep on looking at properties below the 200k range.

In my fist two years with the fund I not only worked with national brands and improved relations I oversaw a Days Sales Outstanding reduction of 25%.I know I'm coming back swinging but I can't tell you how tired I get of responses that I see on posts from people that seem to just be waiting to bounce on people and then proceed to draw conclusions to fit the narrative that they want to write, and think that by using smiley faces it gives them a pass to be dis respectful.

In my opinion I have found a tremendous benefit to working with someone else (as long as they are involved and being productive)1) having a partner gives you someone to bounce ideas off2) To me it's more motivating (ex, let's see who gets in front of more people this week)3) They can help finance your growth  with you.As long as you and your partner are motivated and skilled enough to succeed, you will do more than twice the amount of business that you would do alone, and make half of that.Hope this answers your question.
