Comcast is now supposedly bombarding customers with ads that have purchased their own routers and turned in the ones rented from comcast.

I have an email thread a month long, seriously, over 30 days, and his lackluster support couldn't get me access to the $97 program I purchased after I opted out of his numerous per day bombarding emails.

Describe what you are looking for to your agent so they set you up correctly and you aren't bombarded with emails with crap listings.  

I'm just going to bombard you with questions and I'll take anything I can get for answers:How did you determine this was the deal you wanted to pursue.

In the interest of not bombarding the lender with emails, I'm not posting their name on public forum. 

Sp while you sending the mailers out 6 times and getting just a fraction for the interested people every time you resend the mailers while pissing off the majority of the people that were interested you THINK you are gaining leads while in fact you are LOSING themTell me honestly.Do YOU like to be bombarded and pressured with mailers?

Right now I feel like I am bombarded with so many information, some conflicting, and do not know how to make deals the right way in efficient fast pace matter.I want to wholesale first to gain enough capital to hold rental properties for passive income.

NW had good content, but you were bombarded with the pitch in ever single session which made it very tiresome.

Perhaps my recent stance on this is because i'm both an agent and investor now and I'm trying to see sales from both angles; ie in one recent deal I was involved in,  a dedicated sales team employed by a prominent builder were constantly bombarded by agents contacting them wanting ERTS wasting their time and causing distractions at the sales team's open houses and such.I've seen too many cases where a FSBO finally gave into a ERTS only for the property to sit on the market longer than it 'may' have if it was just exclusive agency or open agency.
