Hello World!

My name is Aya (rhymes with papaya hehe). I took interest in real estate investment few months ago and even took an intensive course but I have not made any deals yet. Right now I feel like I am bombarded with so many information, some conflicting, and do not know how to make deals the right way in efficient fast pace matter.

I want to wholesale first to gain enough capital to hold rental properties for passive income. I live in Pasadena, California and want to do deals here and nearby. 

I came across BiggerPockets from a friend's referral. I want to meet someone in my area that is already a successful Real Estate investor and have mastered the art of wholesale to shadow and learn from them in return for 50-100% profit from the deal. I am a fast learner and have the time and perseverance to hustle!
