This is a very analytical role which also requires using Excel and Tableau to translate my findings into visualizations and graphics for line of business heads and upper management.I'd be so thrilled if someone could expose me to a position I'm not aware of that could blend my skill set with my passions and give me an opportunity to further my knowledge in the subject matter.

@Robert Sprague the BP calculators weren't created for that type of analysis.So, you'l have to add it in manually or better yet, add the two loans together and do a blended rate.Regarding how to estimate future HELOC rates - no one knows that answer!

Rationally it'd make sense for me to pay 12% or more all day long for the slice from 70/75% to 90%+ and my blended cost still comes in lower than 9.5%.

I think what I’m seeing so far in CO Springs is that it has a good blend of both tourism and jobs, so that I would have the flexibility of STR for furnished/corporate housing or vacation rentals.

Could a prudent investor go all in on this asset class, assuming the investments were blended across the risk/return spectrum (i.e. some low LTV or debt free, some 1st lien loans, some higher LTV, etc)I'm asking purely regarding a passive investing style, assuming no directly held real estate but rather only a syndication model as a LP.
