Hey everyone, so I'm starting out in wholesaling and just add to my tool belt a little because I've a lot of apartments for sale in my area and was wondering If I could get some advice and tips for how to conduct that I'd really appreciate it!

A house hack or live in flip are both low barrier to entry options to get your first deal under your belt 😎

There are definitely some distressed properties that could use some love when I get more experience under my belt.

Much of it is in the "Rust Belt", where formerly populous cities have lost their manufacturing base.

Eager to get my first deal under my belt so I can become profitable!

@Christopher Petrigno I suggest that you look to the south.Plymouth and Bristol counties have much more reasonable acquisition costs than Suffolk and Middlesex.We also aren't in the snow belt. 

Maybe you don’t care too much because it’s another property for potential appreciation under your belt that the tenants are paying off?  

I only have 5 deals under my belt but looking to grow and do some deal with others and to learn more.

I am 25 years in the business and have thousands of transactions under my belt here in Pittsburgh.

I’m still pretty new with only 2 rentals under my belt, but I’ll help where I can.
