Hello Everyone! Im new to the BP forum and I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Carmelo Rivera and I am currently looking to grow my knowledge base on real estate investing. My current market is the Tampa FL area. I retire from the Army in about 1yr 9months  5days 2hrs 26min but who is counting right? Looking to start now so I can have some cashflow by the time that time comes. Hope to hear from you all!
