Then when you get a deal you can send it to the group that is looking to buy in that area, and not annoy everyone else.

My wife will be working on getting her RE licenses, so I can go in as many houses I want without annoying a RE agent (that's a whole story in its self).

Of course, this detours the window-shopper buyers but, I came across a "reputable" buyer who seemed annoyed that they should have to provide POF before inspecting the property.  

I have had to "reset" my notifications no less than a dozen times now, it's getting really annoying.

A tenant intending to stay in a place long term would deem the issue as annoying but not a deal breaker.  

Many landlords use this when annoying/demanding/PITA tenants get to be too much. 

The tenant downstairs complains that the tenant upstairs makes annoying noises sometimes in the middle of the night. 

Now that I am an investor, I see why, I have always paid rent on time, don't annoy neighbors, and only reach out to my landlord for real issues.I have however lived in corporate owned large apartment buildings, where I got hit with huge rent increases at lease end.
