Have you toyed with options that you feel would need more honing?

This property is on 1 1/2lot with a big back yard for all your toys.

I have a partner that has financial backing and I have been doing research/listening to podcasts/reading investing books seriously for about a year (I have been toying with the idea of this since I was in High School).  

I was just toying for an alternative for a cheap and easy way to have a better looking backsplash and may consider the bread board at this point...  

I haven’t toyed with one of them yet, but definitely will in the future :)What has your experience been working with virtual assistants overseas?

I am in Denver currently and have been toying with CO Springs as its close but feel it may be better suited for a long term stay and hold. 

If the forgiven debt was a HELOC used to buy nice vacations and expensive toys, then its still taxable.

A gentleman I knows gives his tenants that have children a giftcard to either Walmart, Target, Toys R Us for $300.00 during the holidays and for single or older persons with either grown or no children he writes them a check for the $300.00.

I've been debating with myself for quite some time now over my next toy/vehicle purchase.

But having this in the lease may prevent tenants from dumping food/grease in the kitchen sink or unwanted items (toys, etc) from the toilet.
