Does anyone have a good recommendation on a wiresless remote thermostat I can control a furnace and boiler with?

Update:I'm really looking into ductless minisplit systems, which can be tied into a standard 24v thermostat with some adapters.

Penalty for going over a month.Lease renewals same fee for filling vacancy (put the focus on tenant retention).Education program for tenants to teach them how to change batteries in thermostat, flip breakers, provide plungers, reset GFCIs.....

I mean, right now I have a smart thermostat that tells me everything from how much energy I'm using to whether or not it has detected someone in the house.  

We use mostly the one piece rubber coated tape with thermostats as opposed to the rolls of metal tape which must be fitted with the two ends.Remember, heat tape wears out and thermostats fail so constant checking is a must.

(How hot it is outside doesn't affect the temp of the hot water heater because the thermostat would shut it off when it reached its set temperature.) 

The thing to remember is The Thermostat is a huge part of your energy costs and I suggest checking out the ECOBEE 3.

Or the tenant doesnt know how to work the thermostat.

The electric space heater is the best option, most will work with a thermostat.
