Let's suppose you find a property via 1031, then rent it out for a few years before moving in. 

Every day I see inventory on the market, which is supposedly "wholesale".

He supposedly is finishing up the painting today.

My property was supposed to be turnkey with a long term tenant and the property is supposed be in good condition without needing any repairs.

But wasn't your contractor supposed to get this done?

I purchased 2 homes from Bennah Oaks almost 3 years ago, delivery was supposed to happen early  2022..

They were supposed to bill based on hours (different rates for framers, drywallers, supervisors, etc.), and send me invoices every week.However, they never sent me the invoices each week, and when I asked about the overall cost of the project toward the end of may (the project started in May), they told me $35,000 so far.

I suppose I don't trust hearsay and the media as much as I used to.

Imagine for a minute if the home shop had the same trend, where now a workspace is supposed to be part of the rest of the house.
