Is Middle TN on your radar at all? 

I can speak from experience as I've had my fair share of S8 tenants.Some have been good, some really bad, and some middle of the road.

Lubbock has a low barrier to entry and has several backup economic drivers by being the primary hub (agriculture, financial, healthcare, material goods, transportation, entertainment) for an area the size of most states east of the Mississippi.

What does that middle ground look like for you?         

So now I am learning about development out east in your neck of the woods and well we have to survey for civil war battlefields..

It will enable you to continue living for free while your residents pay off your mortgage for you.There are several turnkey companies in the middle/southern part of the country where you can buy high quality single families for under 275k in landlord friendly states.

The fund used to post semi-annual reports on their investor site, but those reports stopped in the middle of last year.

I think its highly regional.. if your in Napa or Sonoma people go there to drink wine.. so I think it would be no issue.. same with Walla Walla area of E Washington. not sure how anyone drinks those sweet wines  though you get back east LOL..

And I would be shocked if you didn't have enough to live a middle class life in 10 years with passive income.
