There is nothing in this deal to make it an attractive proposition until you have Buyer ready to pay you MONEY for the assignment of contract or a tenant buyer with good credentials.You pays your money and takes your chances - especially at Donald Trump's Casinos!

I feel like I'm reading about folks who hold seminars on how to beat the casinos.

Casinos, high end luxury goods, high end travel companies, high end car companies, you get the point.  

Nothing ever matches up to that first swing.heh just kidding Congrats LOL - or the first time casino gambler who walks out with $3k and chases that high again right into GA!

I checked out some properties just off Las Vegas blvd on casino center.

I'm not sure when and where I will make the next leap, but I'm hoping to gather some general knowledge for now.I've been a profession poker since age 21, playing mostly no limit holdem cash games both online and in casinos.  

Sandwiched between the upcoming luxury casino in Everett and East Boston I'm pretty confident that Chelsea will do well long-term.

BTW, my CubeSmart storage manager next to the PD in Rohnert Park mentioned that there was a 'for sale' sign on a parcel next door to them, by the casino... and I'm sorry to say I forgot to make mention of it, a month or so ago.

If they don't want full market exposure, Sin Stocks and addictive substances (like booze, cigarettes, casinos, coffee etc) are almost always a good bet because people will spend money on them even when they shouldn't.

I always wished I could own the casino because the odds are in the house's favor.
