Yes, I knew everything to the last detail because I spent those hours before hand doing my homework, getting the data and the data told me what to do, what not to do, and how to do it, to what level. 

I spent some extra time to carefully craft my answer to be as much positive and as less negative that I could I still got and rude and arrogant answer back suggesting that I don't know what I'm talking about.

No one is going to turn down making back what they spent on the property to turn it over to someone not related basically for free.
