I also have a finish nailer from Harbor Freight that cost about $30 and no problems either.I had a Porter Cable roofing nailer that was junk and I returned it and upgraded to a Ridgid.

I put the post to see if something similar could be formed for a construction company but only @Ahmed Porter appears to be in that fortunate position where he could sell his business or part of it if he wanted to, for $500K as he has the relevant staffing to do so.I will definitely like to connect with you when the time is right to see if your crew can assist in my own development plans since it appears you have all the relevant staff in your firm.

Hey @DJ Porter I believe you couple possibly assume the 2.74M loan, which just means to put it in your name and you'd have the debt, but you would still need to come up with the difference - (4.9-2.74 = $2.16M) So if you had $2.16 million, this would be a nice easy deal to put together.
