I say Bravo to him.Only time will tell if this investor was right.One final point if you sell smaller appreciates assets now to buy a larger asset - it can be a wash - you are selling at an allegedly inflated price but are also buying at an allegedly inflated price.Over 40 years, I have bought and sold, continued to invest through all sorts of market cycles.

I just feel like this might be a way to replace the materials we chose with cheaper alternatives to pocket more money.2.Attorney fees; Purchaser(s) agree to pay attorney fees necessary to defend any disputes or allegations arising in any manner relating to      this agreement.Does this mean that if I find fault with their work an take legal action, then I have to pay for their defense?

I am currently renovating two out of four vacant units on my property, and one of the tenants in the occupied units (not being renovated) has sent over a formal complaint regarding the noise that it produced, stating that it disrupted their quiet enjoyment of their space.They are also alleging that I have rendered their unit uninhabitable, and that they are owed additional payment for this.The one area where I made a mistake is trusting my contractors regarding permits, I asked them repeatedly if they were necessary and was assured that they were not, but the tenant called code enforcement and they had a difference of opinion.

I can't recall a single case where the allegation of fraud was found to be unsupported and the company paid the insured the covered loss.However, one of my last claims I handled before I retired was a deed by an ex-wife bearing where she had forged her ex-husbands signature.
