Property Manager Arrested

Hi,

I’m a rather recent real estate investor and have recently acquired 7 units all managed by my realtor who is also a property manager. 

I verified on the county website that he was arrested for an OWI and reviewing social media there is some other disturbing allegations out there for him.

As my property manager - he is my representative for my properties to the public. I obviously have numerous concerns beyond just his ability to perform responsibilities with an arrest and possible time to serve. 

I’ve reached out to an attorney for guidance on next steps, but any recommendations?
