What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

All depends on the market or if you want to be one of the only properties to offer a hot tub in your market, which could potentially tip your property to a top line in revenue and occupancy. 

And we have an ownership in all of the communities we operate, so that is incorrect information.

I'm exploring North Richland Hills, Euless and Bedford.

Another item to think about on this when getting into flipping or rentals in smaller communities is the vendors or contractors that are in the area.

This isn't analyzing deals, this is just playing a video game.
