Anyways... there will always be the shiny object syndrome that will make you want to go from one place to another.. but once you settle on one, then begin connecting with people that know and invest in the area. i.e Lee has been very open with resources, and so many others are as well.

I got off course after a couple deals fell through and thought I would try some other things to build capital (which did pan out as well as I hoped ((shiny object syndrome)) Anyway I was more focusing on business things and not real estate.

Get educated from those local experts, then decide on a niche you might think works for you.There are SOOOOOO many opportunities out there that it is very easy to get what I call "Shiny object syndrome".
