Hello bp community.

Have known about the site for awhile and it's  awesome.

I owned a property in Arizona before, but lost it.

So now that I'm  in Los Angeles area, I want to invest in real estate without

using my credit.

Have read several real estate wholesaling books and watch different webinars.

But I feel overwhelmed.don't know how or where to start.

If there's someone out there that feels the same way as I do, perhaps we can help each other or  maybe someone with experience who can help.

Thanks for your time.
