Welcome to BiggerPockets!  What took you so long to join!?!? How long have you been an agent?

One of the most helpful tools I use on BP is "keyword alerts". You can set up custom keywords so that anytime someone writes a forum post using keywords of interest, you'll get an alert and be able to join the conversation.

This has helped me expand my network by making it easy for me to connect with investors, lenders, attorneys, agents, etc who share similar interests or are from the same market as me.
