To put this vague simple paragraph short, I'm simply a dirty diamond that needs to be polished by some guidance in real estate to be a priceless diamond.

Vegas used to have good numbers (but I'd argue against the market itself for other reasons) but even those aren't as much anymore, and AZ used to have them but those are gone too for the most part unless you are able to find the occasional diamond in the ruff.

Really shows how some elbow grease and determination can turn a piece of coal into a diamond.

Similar to a diamond ring apprasied at $10,000 but you can only get $2,000 if you try to sell it anywhere..  

I am not someone who thinks it’s all diamond and roses, I know it’s a process and that’s what I love.

Others have directed you to great resources here on BP and it's encouraging to see you already plan to attend a local real estate group (RIREIG).In southern Mass there is also Black Diamond REI (blackdiamondrei.com) which is worth the drive especially if a particular topic interests you.I've been doing real estate in Rhode Island since 2004, including wholesaling, buying-and-holding, property management, etc. and I am a cash buyer anywhere in RI.
