Logan Sq has a good side and a rough side.Being in the boundary of a great neighborhood school is great for a property but there is also the possiblility of getting into a magnet or charter school or going to private so it is often not a deal breaker if the neighborhood school is poor.

Might ask again too, as an alternative, what about regional meetups, state by state maybe, perhaps not you getting directly involved, but could, but members simply having something like state charters having them follow guidelines and doing their own thing.
