If you work for a federally chartered financial institution then you can lend in all 50 as the firm is licensed that way.

Hello Frank,There is a local CFRI Chapter (chartered under the national REIA) which meets last Thursday of each month in Port Orange.

What we are worrying about now is not the real estate market crash.But the world worries about the Bond market crash,  Bank crash, UK/Spain/Europe crash, Credit Suisse/Deutsche Bank/UBS/Standard Chartered crash. 

The developers created an amazing Charter School system that is unique in that your kids can go there ONLY if the parents are employed in the Villages.These are some of the best schools in all of Florida.

Logan Sq has a good side and a rough side.Being in the boundary of a great neighborhood school is great for a property but there is also the possiblility of getting into a magnet or charter school or going to private so it is often not a deal breaker if the neighborhood school is poor.

I'd love to get over to the BVI's and spend a week or two on a charter.  

I am also a CPA and have passed the first two levels of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam.

Might ask again too, as an alternative, what about regional meetups, state by state maybe, perhaps not you getting directly involved, but could, but members simply having something like state charters having them follow guidelines and doing their own thing.
