Alternatives to BiggerPockets Summit

I know that Joshua and Brandon are busy making the sight better for all of us on a daily basis and the Summit is not an easy event to plan. While we are all waiting for news on a future Summit - I am wondering if there are any recommendations for alternative events that provide significant education with minimal to no sales pitches on real estate investing?

I am personally interested in SFH Rehabbing, and MFH Buy and Hold Investing but a wide range of topics similar to the 2012 Summit would be interesting as well.

Anyone planning on going to other events this year that they could recommend?
