So I’ve been working my way through the bigger pockets podcasts and reading as much as I can and trying to analyze deals in my area (Phoenix/East valley area) but I’m finding that unless I want to do a flip, or be a slumlord, I’m way out of my league financially.

My main San Antonio GC has a crew of 25 and they're about to start 400K worth of remodeling work I've brought their way in the next couple weeks so I think this may be out of his league.

I ended up renting to 3 programmers, each with a six figure income and one of whom is Ivy League educated (Masters at that).

My first opinion is with some of the ivy league schools saying they are going to be online only that this will create a domino effect and other schools will follow.

Unless you get into a Ivy League or some top regional schools, your better off going to a public school and saving money.
