It goes on to say the property manager / agent below is authorized to order repairs and/or service to the building.I live approximately 75 miles and it would take me roughly 1:15-20 to get to the property.Adding to the pain....It also says *** New Applicants must complete Rental Property Training within 6 months of application.

I just renewed my SAM.gov status and am seeking to apply to some of the listed leasing bids, but wanted to understand more on whether it's common to acquire them as tenants through subleasing, informing the owner & getting authority to lease, or I'd have to own the commercial/residential property out-right?

That means if you've got a manager that charges you $100 to make one-off visits to change a light switch cover, authorizes repairs beyond what your contract says, and so on, you need to be cognizant of perhaps finding another manager.The whole beauty of having a PM is not having to do it yourself.
