Not sure where you are at with flips as another potential stream of real estate to get into but that's mostly what I work with.We have a couple deals on the east and north side that might be worth looking into if you are looking to expand.

Make a good connection at your home improvement store/outlet whatever it may be.

I don't think it's worth trying to sue the county over 6k, it may cost more in legal fees.This was my first flip and it has been a school of hard knocks.

But if it's a single-family home in a remote area, it might make sense because they need to make it worth their while to manage.

Might be worth paying for an inspection from one of them during DD if you're concerned about it.
