I click a button for interior inspection and then clearly the agent has to contact the owner.If there are agents in the deal, we would request one from the Listing Agent with interior photos.

Speaking as a person who just stuck his toes in the water I have noticed at every turn in my education of the game there is always someone else marketing their success by surrounding themselves in some sort of surreal euphoric background to stress how their system is unlike any other that for just a measly $6000+ you can obtain the same if not more with just a cell phone and a pencil!!!

Once my clients know what they will have to accept for the extra yield they say they will take a few percent less.I know personally I don't want to buy in those low income headache areas.I value less stress,a fun life,and a more stable property than the extra yield.
