Are you planning to stay in the property during/after this process?

While regulations and guidelines do tend to stay consistent at their root, they do change.

Would like to stay outside the metro area.Ideally an area that's growing in population and homes are in the 200-300k range.Would appreciate any advice.Thanks! 

I want to learn about rental properties as well as fix and flips to maximize my knowledge after graduation of a chemical engineering degree next year. 

Most of my investors that buy around colleges like to stay within 2 miles as transportation to campus is easy/cheap/walkable/bikeable.

I'll let you know what I find out.Also, I'm traveling out to the DFW with my family in April (6-9th) staying in Tawakoni for the solar eclipse. 

I stayed patient because I knew her non-paying run would eventually end.And what did she do, left the property in such a trashed state that that a junk removal service told me it's going to take at least 2 full trucks to clean the place out - and it's going to need a top to bottom remodel.
