You can certainly learn through free resources and online forums like this but a mentor can help cut thru the noise, provide clarity specific to your goals, and provide support to achieving them without the trial and error. 

This is where I am having trouble figuring out which direction I should go - I am a REALTOR and a Licensed General Contractor so I have access to MLS (am also working with 2 REALTOR's who deal specifically with investments - one deals with STR's in the Nashville, TN area the other deals more with Fix and Flips in the Baltimore County area).

Yes I have and CFRI Volusia is more specific for Volusia county but like the main CFRI, GOREIA is general in nature.

Many counties on the site have a landlord/tenant handbook in PDF format as well with all the specifics to the county laws.

Do you think it can be applied to Bandit Signs with an approach to only a specific community in mind?
