Is It Needed?
Hello everybody! I am new into BiggerPockets as well as Real Estate field. I would like to know if it is necessary to obtain a Real Estate license in order to acquiring your first properties. Would you recommend getting a license? What are your thoughts regarding this specific topic!
Thank you!

@Account Closed it really depends on what your strategy is. If you are going to be doing fix and flips it will save you money eventually. If you are negotiating a lot of off market deals, you might be better with out it. The requirements, costs and regulation is different in every state.
