Still decent enough areas with pretty low prices compared to what people are paying for rent in those areas.I just picked up some vacant land on Granby Street in Waterbury to build some multi family units down the road when time and money allow.

Compare the legal descriptions in each.If he owned the other lot, and if it was covered in the mortgage, but not in the foreclosure docs, then whoever did the foreclosure will go back and correct their mistake.If it was not included in the mortgage, then the mortgagee cannot foreclose it and you can try to make a deal with the previous owner or back out of the deal.Gursel

That meant the underlying mortgage was receiving advanced funds from another lender and that's a pretty secure position to be compared to an individual.A snap shot of called notes won't give you much but a warm fuzzy feeling.
