It works really well for folks that don't have a mortgage on the property and don't want to have the hassle of renting a property, but would like to retain a monthly income like rent.  

the reason is most of the complaints are from ex tenants that are leaving out the rest of the story like how they forgot to pay rent, kicked holes in the walls before they left etc etc. 

There are Revocable Living Trusts, Irrecocable Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, etc. 

Do people there REALLY pay $640k to climb 3 flights of stairs 20 times a day, on lots a quarter the size, with neighbors literally on the other side of their bedroom walls, just because it's new?

Personally, the property owner does not run my management business I do and I retain late fees for the extra work.

Hello Pete Cupial I have a contact whom is a GC based here in Dallas but he travels all over Texas to do any kind of jobs whether it is commercial or residential, from roofing to interior work such as walls amd floors, etc. im pretty sure you will get a very good deal as he just started his own company so Im sure he's trying to build up his clientele.

It is built on a concrete slab, has concrete block walls, and a flat concrete roof.  

Option A, has window placement issues for a bed, as there are no walls to put this on now.

I can also design new structural aspects of your building or retaining wall. 

I would like to add a room, which includes framing out a couple walls and adding outlets.
