All they did was fill out the application I checked out their information they paid $400 towards the deposit and was supposed to move in on the 5th day of the month which they did not I kept trying to get in contact with them a week or two would go by then they would respond I've been holding this unit for them for a little over a month with other people interested in renting it who actually have all the money and no it is not stated in my application that there will be no refund on the depositand would make me get on here to ask this question is because I just heard back from them now they want their partial deposit back after a month has been gone by and I have been trying to work with them and I was very patient

My concern is with how the guests would respond to this, and would be interested in any feedback from others who've done this. 

Especially if you have time to respond to emails and take calls to schedule.
