I see so many people give up within the first year because they set the wrong expectations.

And people can do whatever they want...but most of us use lenders that will lend up to a certain point with $0 out of pocket. 

You will need good people to help make you successful.

We have ~100 people in the room every month.

It's a ranch with very few steps, which means it is generally accessible to all people, even though those steps are a little steep.

We use the extension form currently but I am thinking about changing that and having people sign a whole new lease every time.
