I don't know if I would take them off the list...Case in point, wrote a contract this week on a piece of land that I had numerous calls and contacts with... and I had written at least 3 prior offers on over the last 18 months... seller responded to a new piece of direct mail I sent in the last 30 days.Glad I didn't take them off my list.

Hi @Michael HaynesI´ve been on the Networth Realty mailing list in Tampa for 18 months or so and have spoken to them on numerous occasions about various deals they´re advertising.

Also, look to see if there are numerous rentals in the area on the market.

If you search BP forums for your question, it gets asked a lot on here and you can find numerous answers.

I agree that the peculiarities of this design (the ability to connect multiple residences) will create even more hoops and require more explanations,  than would a more traditional design. 

There was no loss of money as the last day was paid by the previous tenants and the first day was paid by the new tenant.Sorry I know that was quite long but I was aiming for the most clear explanation I could give on the best scenario for your situation to make all parties happy.

You will probably get better explanations from more experienced investors, but I'll share what I know...First, the value of buildings of four units or less is based on sales of comparable properties in the same area.  

At the auctions I have attended, there may only be a handful of houses for bid with numerous bidders.

In my book, it's a financial sin to do so.Read some of the Warren Buffet letters for an explanation of why this is true.
