We use our Nets, or our ability to decipher through what is available to us, while hunting for Fish sized pieces of information that will help us succeed.

My piece of advice would be to get more focused clarity on what your goals are an how you plan on achieving them.

In just the past month, I've met a handful of clients who match that exact demographic: young professionals who are ready to get their piece of the American Dream, but see how much a piece of crap 1950's tract-home is going to cost them in the Bay Area, and think to themselves "you've got to be kidding."

There's a lot of folks w/money, but start putting some of the pieces together by assessing your resources and what value can I add to a partnership.  

I wanted to get any piece of information that is out there from experienced investors.

 :)On #5, I knew some landlords use Samsung Media Hub as center piece for remote control of their thermostat, security camera and digital key.  

I wouldn't put it on any of your marketing pieces.

Unless you already done so I would suggest finding out every piece of information you can from your lender about the entire loan structure.

They print and mail certain pieces and send certain pieces to you to mail out depending on preferences.

My one piece of advice is that when dealing with people, you need to approach the situation with empathy and treat them with respect.
