Yet, there are so many online platforms such as Trulia heatmaps, Redfin, Eppraisal, Zillow, etc. to estimate what the Median Price Range is for a given market's city...so if finding this info online is feasible in that regard, where can I find it and which is most accurate?

What I would like to do is either put money into a crowdfunding venture or buy a performing note on one of the platforms (how to do even do that is another area of research all together).Is a checkbook controlled SDIRA the way the pros would do that?
