HELLO!!! To the BP community!!!...

I am pleased to be amongst many like minded individuals and have found this site to be very informative in all areas of REI.

A little about myself; I currently own and operate a Property preservation/management company serving many REO Properties across north eastern Ohio. I started this company in 2008 just after the RE Bubble to supplement my income between Real Estate deals and I became so wrapped up operating this company that I slowly lost focus on real estate investing... So I am committed to get back on track and getting some deals done and focus on growing my REI business where my heart is...

I started investing in RE at 19yrs old approx(2005-06) and have completed two rehab and flip deals along with a partner. I also have bought and rented one property as well. So I am still pretty much a newbie to REI...

Without any "mentors or coaches" finding relevant information that dosen't cost thousands has been hard since deciding to return to REI...

Thanks to Bigger Pockets I now have access to information that no one in my current network knows or cares to share without wanting anything in return. So I want to express my eternal Gratitude to the founder of this site Joshua Dorkin for creating a platform in which individuals like myself can gain access to valuable information and other professionals...
