Hi Jason,After reading all the feed back about your book on rehab an flipping.

Why would you take in a couple you dont know , give them a place to live and feed them in exchange for painting ? 

If it is just you to account for it is different.If you have elderly parents, wife, children depending on you to make a monthly income to feed them and provide shelter then you have to do things in stages.

That may be useful in the future.Anyone have any feed back about the refi scenario?

No one likes to hear, no, don't do that to make money, but you also don't understand how many liars, cheats, con artists and unethical people there are dealing in RE, many not doing deals by themselves, but fishing others into some business operation feeding off newbies with programs or methods.All I can do is warn you and point you in the right direction, if you choose not to listen, so be it, listen to anyone you like and justify your actions anyway you like, your justifications don't mean squat in front of a judge or other professional types in RE.

Also good to know that some out of state information will feed into that database.  

If your goal is to climb out of a troubling situation and be able to feed your family, I wouldn't use real estate to do that.

You could easily move this system from house to house since there is no wiring other than the initial cable feed which will be needed anyway.
