I don't feel experienced enough to use those methods and I'm not finding enough local support to help guide me through any of those.So perhaps give your feedback after incorporating that assumption into your thoughts. 

I was able to learn and practice navigating all the steps of real estate investing using technology and not physically being there.

I have heard about RIETs, but I dnt feel those are as tangible as my own physical property.

Incorporating a DADU is also a great option to maximize profits!

I don't like them, for a variety of reasons.When I was in corporate America, I was pretty much forced to play the 401K game.  

I have a Masters Degree in Nuclear Physics and I stayed in school until I was 30.

@David Denzy the important item here is not the physical work that would need to be done to switch from park model to mobile home, but whether the zoning for the property will even allow it.
