If you could see the volume of applicants we reject (and the crazy things they do), you would be astonished.

I want to build a long lasting relationship with them and hopefully get more tenants via their company.Reading many of the posts about rentals just need to be reminded to pay on time, no reason to gift them makes me realize I much rather prefer dealing with volume, higher touch business.

I have no idea about volume but @Jay Hinrichs is probably someone good to comment about this.

So I don't think lower rates will mean more inventroy, but it will mean more transaction volume, because we have pent up demand of people who want to move and had put their plans on ice because of rates.

I think for now as I’m learning this game I’ll target these smaller deals and look to increase my volume over time. 

Most REO agents I have experienced are not the nicest people most have a high volume of listings and calls and most of the time you can assume a little more stress than your average agent , I would say call another agent to look at the property another agent that will get back with you promptly its a win win you get a agent that wants to work with you, the agent you work with will get a commission and the jerk that didn't return your call will have to split the commission!

My guess is that their is too much volume placed on one person.....just my 2 cents. 

Listing brokers have a volume business.Maybe 15% of properties are the diamond ones.

Well, we just negotiated a really good deal on it, I guess volume counts for something.Laundry room is between the family room and the garage. 

Hi All - I was looking for information on the Jackson TN market for Mid-Term Rentals. We have 3 long term rentals and just bought our 4th property and are considering testing the MTR strategy. I can't find any convers...
