Mid Term Rental volume - Jackson TN

Hi All - I was looking for information on the Jackson TN market for Mid-Term Rentals. We have 3 long term rentals and just bought our 4th property and are considering testing the MTR strategy. I can't find any conversations here about this need in this market. Looking at Furnished Finder there are very few properties in the city, but AirBNB seems to have more properties available. 

Does anyone have experience in this market with this type of rental ? I'd love to chat.
