I've been getting stuck in the "analysis paralysis" stage, and it was great to get out there.We happened to pass an open house, went in, spoke to the listing agents, told them what we were looking for and exchanged information and actually attended another open house they hosted that afternoon.We also scoped out a listing in another area, and within 30 seconds another investor and his agent pulled up.

NO agent in their right mind would give this out.. they could lose thier RE licensee plus in our market its a 20k fine.RE license is basically easy to get if you can't study and pass the test then you have bigger issues.. and if you can't afford the 1k or so a year to maintain it .. then this is probably not the industry for that person as well.Poor advice to have someone just give out their MLS code

Until you factor in opportunity costs as you'd have to pass on potentially great deals because you've tied up your cash in 1 deal.
