Hi @Avinesh RamI am OOS of state investor in Huntsville and I agree with @Dave DeMarinis that although Huntsville is a great market it really depends on which zip codes you are buying and many other factors.Even before looking at any properties I would recommend start by talking to realtors, PM and other investors to get a overview of what areas to avoid and what numbers to expect.

I could make guesses but since I have only invested locally, I don't want to offer unproven advice.No matter where you chose, I'd highly recommend visiting for a weekend and getting a brief overview of the place, the people and the local investors.
