I have access to some money to invest and have some of my own. 

Within a year, some 5 or more unrelated people moved in, renting bed space apparently.

It's parking and access is too. 

I'm glad I didn't stop looking for such a group or I wouldn't have found you guys and believe me, I joined ALOT of before I finally found Bigger Pockets and now I will delete those groups just taking up space.
